Abstract


To compete and develop business better, entrepreneurs must continue to innovate in carrying outtheir business. One innovation that can be done by entrepreneurs is implementing technopreneurship in thebusiness they do. Application of technology and utilization of data that occurs in the business conducted willhave many advantages for entrepreneurs. This paper will discuss the implementation of Customer RelationshipManagement (CRM) in the retail micro business of CV. Duta Square, located in Bandar Lampung, Lampung,Republic of Indonesia. The company is focused on handling retail sales of Muslim clothing and dailynecessities. The ADDIE model will be used in the development stage and will implement CRM that focuses onpoint-of-sales, data collection, and member transaction storage. Implementation of the company's needs willbe discussed with business owners to determine the effectiveness of the system that has been created.
