PENGUJIAN SUBHIPOTESIS PENGARUH INTERAKSI GENOTIPE × LINGKUNGAN PADA MODEL AMMI
Abstract
Additive Main Effect and Multiplicative Interactions (AMMI) Models have been utilized in analysis of the effects of the Genotype × Environment Interaction (GEI) on multienvironmental trials. However, the models could not be used for post-hoc tests of genotype contribution in the interaction effects. The tests are called tests of subhypothesis. By conducting this test, one could identify the contributing genotypes in GEI. Critical point in this test is unknown, so that it’s value must be approximated by resampling method with replacement. This paper used maize data from PT.Kreasidharma and Bioseed Inc. In this data, there are 12 genotypes which are tested in 16 different locations. As the result, the identified contributing genotypes in GEI are BIO 9900,BIO 1169 dan BIO9899.
