Analisis Spektroskopi Senyawa Bioaktif Alkaloid dan Terpenoid Daun Widuri (Calotropis gigantea R.Br.)

Abstract


Characterization of the alkaloid and terpenoid bioactive compounds of Calotropis gigantea R.Br. leaf which posses toxicity effect on Pomacea canoliculata has been conducted using ultraviolet, infrared and mass spectrophotometer.  The alkaloid compound obtained was found to have melting point of 152.5-153º C, lmaks 212 and 282 nm, contain C=O, OH, substituted aromatic, methyl, methylene groups, and in the form of ester with molecule formula of C15H21NO3 with molecular weight of 263.  The terpenoid compound obtained was found to have melting point of 149-150º C, lmaks 212 nm, contain OH and gem dimethyl groups and also C=C bonding with molecule formula of C15H26O3 and molecular weight of 254.
