Bioaktifitas 9-Demetiloksiaaptamin dari Ekstrak Sponge Aaptos sp terhadap Sel Karsinoma KB31, KBC2, dan KBCV60.

Abstract

Bioactivities of extract sponge aaptos sp. against human epidermoid carcinoma cell lines (KB31, KBC2, and KBCV60) have been studied. The sampel of aaptos sp. was collected from Lampung Bay. Bioactive metabolite was isolated in several steps of chromatography and the structure was mainly determined by NMR approach. Interpretation of the NMR data suggested that the bioactive metabolite is 9-demethyl(oxy)aaptamine. Based on bioactivity test, 9-dethyl(oxy)aaptamine showed cytotoxic activity against KB31 and growth inhibition against KBC2 and KBCV60.
